个人简介梁化康，博士，硕士生导师，系副主任。研究领域主要有人机协同、工程安全、工程创新与项目管理。博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学建设管理系。曾赴美国华盛顿大学（University of Washington， Seattle）联合培养1年。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目（C类）各1项、北京市自然科学基金青年项目1项、北京市社会科学基金青年项目1项。参与铁路建设投融资体制改革、全过程工程咨询等课题10余项。在《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》《Safety Science》《International Journal of Occupational Safety and Ergonomics》《Engineering， Construction & Architectural Management》等国际期刊发表学术论文20余篇。担任《工程管理学报》和《项目管理技术》期刊青年编委，《Risk Analysis》《Safety Science》《Journal of Management in Engineering》等国际期刊审稿人。
指导大学生创新创业训练计划项目获评“国家级”2项，指导学生获清华大学“建设工程与管理创新竞赛”三等奖、参与奖各1项，指导学生获ICCREM和ISPM国际会议最佳论文奖2项，两次获评北京交通大学优秀班主任。
